PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITIES FOR PARTICIPANTS
1. Publication of conference materials in the ESS Press Conference Proceedings
All accepted abstracts can be published free of charge, subject to editorial requirements. Publication includes:
- DOI assignment;
- technical preparation of materials;
- editorial processing;
- compliance with international publishing standards;
- increased visibility of the materials in the academic space.
2. Preparation of an indexed Springer volume
In this format, a scholarly volume may be compiled from the best conference materials, prepared in accordance with Springer's international requirements.
Manuscript preparation and submission on our part is done free of charge.
At the same time, it is important to note that this format does not guarantee automatic acceptance or Scopus indexing. The final decision on publication is made by Springer in accordance with its internal procedures, peer review and publishing policy.
All submitted manuscripts are checked for similarity via Crossref (iThenticate).
OPPORTUNITIES FOR PARTICIPANTS
International internship of 180 hours / 6 ECTS credits
The certificate can be used to confirm professional development, international activity and participation in the internship, and to build an individual professional portfolio, in accordance with the internal procedures of an educational institution.
Internationally recognised certificate
The document states the topic, format of participation, programme duration, and the number of hours and ECTS credits. This matters for academic and teaching staff, heads of educational institutions, programme guarantors, PhD and doctoral candidates, and practitioners.
Publication of abstracts with a DOI
Participants may submit abstracts to the ESS Press conference proceedings. Accepted materials go through editorial and technical preparation, receive a DOI and become part of the international academic record.
Participation in the international conference and panel discussions
The programme covers current topics: human-centric leadership, women's leadership, artificial intelligence after the EU AI Act, AI and Law, cybersecurity, human rights in digital society, legal psychology, legal communication and public administration.
Training in project proposal writing and grant writing
Participants will learn how to shape an international project idea, prepare a grant application, describe objectives, results and expected impact, find partners, and present their own educational, research or social initiatives for international funding.
Evidence for your professional portfolio
Participation can support certification, competitive appointment, accreditation of educational programmes, confirmation of international activity, and reporting for a department, faculty or institution.
